Buy-to-let lender Landbay has announced the appointment of Scott Leach as its new regional account manager for the Midlands region.
In his new role, Leach will work closely with brokers across the region, providing guidance on Landbay’s buy-to-let proposition and supporting advisers to help place cases with the lender efficiently and effectively.
He brings over a decade of experience in specialist lending and business development to the regional account manager role. He joins Landbay from Kensington Mortgages and has also held roles at Clever Lending.
At Landbay, Leach will focus on helping brokers navigate criteria, identify opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for their landlord clients, offering clear guidance, quick responses and a practical approach to case placement.
