What Does S.A.F.E.

Stand For in the Zilara Compensation Plan?

Zilara calls its plan S.A.F.E., and each letter names a principle: Straightforward, meaning what the customer pays is what the partner earns from; Attainable, meaning commissions begin at the first sale; Fair, meaning commissions reward the work of selling; and Enduring, meaning a customer you serve in year one keeps rewarding you year after year. The founder, Paula, wrote that the plan was built so “the compensation plan would reward the work of serving customers.”

Qualification runs on a rolling 31 day period, so your most recent 31 days of activity set your status and you never wait for a calendar month to reset. Which level matches the month you are actually having?

Retail Rewards: 30% on Customer Orders

You earn 30% of the business volume on every order placed by your personally referred customers, paid in real time, with no personal volume, no rank and no team building required. Customer orders also carry 50% of their business volume forward into the Community and Team structures, so one customer order can pay you directly and feed your team at the same time. Which friend’s first order would you like to see this on?

The Community is a 2 x 15 matrix, which means each position has two positions beneath it, across fifteen levels. You earn 5% per level on the first 10 BV of every order flowing through your Community, paid in real time, and a shared placement structure means you benefit from your own activity and from the activity of your whole organization.

At 10 BV a month you open Community levels 1 through 15, and you earn when you maintain at least 10 BV a month for use or resale.

3. Team: The Binary Plan

You build a left team and a right team. When you have 100 BV on each side you complete one Team Cycle, and each cycle pays 10% of the weaker leg, which is 10 BV. You qualify by keeping 50 BV of personal volume a month, cycles are calculated and paid in real time, and your volume carries over from cycle to cycle and is never lost while your account is active. Team income is driven by balance more than by total volume, so which of your two sides would you start building first?

4. Leadership Match

Leadership Match pays you a percentage of the Team and Community earnings of the people you enroll, up to nine generations deep at Triple Diamond, and it is paid in real time.

You qualify by maintaining 100 BV of personal volume and meeting the requirements of your current rank, with Gold the first matching rank.

5. STAR Bonus

Every order of 100 BV or more generates one STAR Credit, and as credits fill a grid across five generations you unlock bonuses with no limit on how many you earn, while the grid resets each month. You qualify with 100 BV of personal volume, and the 100 BV for each qualifying order must be one single purchase.

How Do Placement, Compression and Qualification Work?

• Holding tank. New enrollments are held first, and you have 72 hours to place each one in your Community or on your left or right team, after which the system places them for you.
• Compression. If someone in your organization is not qualified, they stay in the structure and their earnings pass up to the next qualified participant, so you are never blocked by someone else’s inactivity.
• No flush. Team volume carries over from cycle to cycle and is never lost while your account is active.
• Rolling 31 days. Your most recent 31 days of activity determine your status and rank, evaluated continuously.
