Spring Finance has appointed Jordan Lapid as an underwriter within its specialist bridging team.
Lapid appointments comes as Spring prepares for a full launch of its bridging proposition later this month, after a successful pilot. The lender says it has completed a number of bridging loans, with a significant number of applications currently being processed.
Lapid joins from Masthaven, where he has worked as an underwriter for six years. In this new role he will report to head of bridging Claire Newman.
Spring Finance says this appointment will support growth in this specialist market and continue the trend of bringing in more experienced employees to develop the lender’s proposition.
Lapid says he was looking forward to building strong relationship with intermediaries working across this sector.
