Mortgage rates are rising steadily. Those who’ve been around a while know rates remain low, historically, but for those new to the industry the rises are unheard of.

Either way, clients new and returning will require more coaching through the increases and I’m sure you’ll be doing a fair share of counselling as borrowers panic under seemingly endless price hikes in all areas.
