Generation Home has reintroduced its range of mortgage products up to 95% loan-to-value (LTV) with rates starting from 6.23%.
The lender has reintroduced a range of two- and five-year fixed products up to 95% LTV.
The 90% LTV two-year comes with a fixed rate of 6.43% with no product fee, while the 90% LTV five-year comes with a fixed rate of 6.69%, also with no product fee.
Generation Home is also offering a 95% LTV five-year fixed rate of 6.83% with no product fee.
Meanwhile, Generation Home has reduced its 80% and under LTV two-year products from 6.99% to 6.23% with no fee.
It has also reduced its 80% and under LTV five-year products from 6.99% to 6.49% with a fee of £999.
