Later life lending platform Air has signed a partnership with mortgage and insurance network Stonebridge.
The deal will allow the network’s advisers with the relevant qualifications able to use the platform’s sourcing tool – Air Sourcing – and gain access to Air Club, which provides members with exclusive products, support and deals.
The network’s appointed representatives’ can also sign up to the platform’s Air Academy, which offers a range of training modules accredited by the London Institute of Banking and Finance and aligned to the Equity Release Council’s competency framework.
Stonebridge chief executive Rob Clifford says: “Advice in this space is vital and to deliver it requires a specific skillset and knowledge base.
“We have been committed to this sector for many years but see value in this deal with a specialist provider partner, as we know it will provide a range of additional services to our appointed representatives including sourcing, products, training, and educational support.”
Air Club managing director Mike Taylor adds that its modules are “designed to provide top quality support to users – something which is paramount in the current rapidly changing market”.
