Atom Bank has restructured its senior technology team with nine internal promotions.
The lender says the changes will help it to speed up product launches and improve delivery.
Ges Richmond has been promoted to head of lending delivery, having been at Atom for five years.
Orla Codyre takes up a newly-created position as head of savings delivery, after two years at the bank.
Kath Langlands, who has also been at the lender for two years, has been promoted to head of platform and enterprise delivery, which is another newly-created function.
Rob Smith has been appointed head of engineering having spent four years at Atom.
Rob Butcher takes up the role of head of architecture after three years as an enterprise architect.
Faizah Rafique has been appointed head of business analysis, having been with the business for six years.
James Kerruish has been appointed chief information security officer and head of service.
Kerruish, who has worked for Atom for eight years, will be responsible for overseeing cyber security, safely implementing changes, dealing with any incidents and managing the service desk that provides technical support to all staff.
Leanne Judge takes up the newly-created position of chief of staff after a decade working for the lender.
Dr Russell Collingham will oversee the newly-formed artificial intelligence and data science team.
Its focus is on developing and deploying AI across the bank, exploring its potential to improve decision-making, speed up analysis and provide direct support to customers.
Dr Collingham has been at Atom for over three years and was previously lead enterprise architect.
He has a PhD in artificial intelligence from the University of Durham, where he went on to become a lecturer before joining Atom.
