Barclays is increasing rates tomorrow by up to 16 basis points, while Nottingham Building Society, Moda and CHL are also raising prices.
Elsewhere, Leeds Building Society, Hinckley & Rugby, Coventry are cutting rates.
At Barclays, residential purchase, remortgage and existing customer deals will all see price rises.
The biggest increase is to its five-year fixed existing mortgage customer Reward deal at 60% loan-to-value with no fee, which will rise by 16bps from 3.99% to 4.15%.
Moda Mortgages emailed brokers to say it will be withdrawing selected five-year fixed rates from its limited edition range at 5pm today.
Replacement products will launch tomorrow with rates increased by up to 10bps, it says.
