Bilt Rewards App Adds POINT.ME Integration for Award Bookings

POINT.ME and Bilt Rewards have announced today a new partnership. That means that Bilt partner results will be introduced into the point.me award search tool and point.me will power the Bilt Transfer Partners experience, allowing Bilt Rewards members to search for the best reward flights on Bilt partner programs, directly in the Bilt App.

Launched in February 2022, point.me is the only search tool that makes it easy to discover the best real-time award flight options on 150+ airlines and offers a suite of features to help customers get the most out of their reward points. The team at point.me has simplified reward travel search and booking, making it refreshingly easy to find great deals using points, no matter the loyalty program.

Through the Bilt Transfer Partners experience in the Bilt Rewards app, Bilt members will be able to access rewards flight availability on Bilt partner airlines and loyalty programs in real-time, including rewards flights through American AAdvantage, Aeroplan, Avios, Cathay, Emirates Skywards, Flying Blue, HawaiianMiles, Turkish Miles&Smiles, United Mileage Plus and Virgin Red. This option is not yet available on desktop.

Boking Experience

To access, login into the Bilt Rewards app and head to the “Rewards” screen.

Select the “Travel” tab, then “Flights” and toggle to “Transfer Partners” where you can now search award flight availability across all Bilt transfer partners. Use the dropdown menu to select “Economy & Premium Economy” or “Business and First” and enter your preferred flight information.

Once you’ve found a flight, you can transfer points directly within the Bilt app. I searched for flight from NYC to Los Angeles in this example.

Bilt’s point.me integration will take the often time-consuming process of booking rewards travel and make it easy for members, delivering the best flight options with clear booking instructions, all within the Bilt Rewards app. It took just over a minute in my case for search results to show up. Aeroplan was the cheapest option for Economy, which required 12,500 miles and $35 in fees.

It also gives you the options for transferring points. In this case I can transfer to Aeroplan or MileagePlus.

Guru’s Wrap-up

The point.me integration in the Bilt Rewards app makes award booking easier. It also provides instructions on how to book, which is useful for beginners or even more seasoned travelers who might not be very familiar with e certain program.
