Citi Merchants Offers Now Available for All Cardholders
Citi Merchant Offers launched back in 2020. These offers are similar to what we see from Chase with Chase Offers, and American Express with Amex Offers.
But many Citi cardholders, myself included, were not able to see these offers on any of their account when they first launched. That has now changed. Citi Merchant Offers are showing for most people, and possibly everyone. I wasn’t able to see any offers at all previously, and now I have more than 100.
How to Use Citi Merchant Offers
You can find all your Citi Merchant Offers here. You can then select one of your Citi cards, if you have more than one, to see what offers are available on each card.
You can also access offers from your Citi account online at “Rewards & Offers”, and select “Offers for You.” Using the mobile app, just need to tap “Services” on the bottom of the homepage and then select “Products & Offers”.
Offers are categorized in five different categories:
- Travel
- Dining and Entertainment
- Shopping
- Health and Wellness
- Other
Once you see an offer that you plan to use, you can click “See details” to find more information and then add it to a specific card. You can add Citi Merchant Offers to more than one Citi card. And if that card is a Mastercard, you can also stack them with card-linked offers from SimplyMiles. They should also stack with shopping portals as long as the offer doesn’t require you to use a specific link.

It’s about time that Citi finally made these offers available to all cardholders. There are currently tons of offers to take advantage of, so check your accounts and add the offers you want to use now.
