Clydesdale reveals cuts to selected fixed rate deals

Clydesdale Bank confirms it is reducing rates on selected mortgage products from Friday 11 August.

For exclusive purchase deals, 90% LTV two-year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.06% to 6.14%. And 90% LTV five-year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.10% to 5.65%.

These deals are available for loan sizes between £300,000 and £600,000.

On exclusive large loan deals, 65% and 75% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10% starting from 5.60%.

These deals are available for loan sizes between £1m and £2m.

For new new and existing customer products, professional 85% and 90% LTV two- year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.25% starting from 6.60%.

Professional 85% & 90% LTV five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.20% starting from 5.90%.

In addition, selected 65% and 75% LTV two year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.07%; while selected 65% and 75% LTV five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%.
