Industry veteran has been with the company for more than 30 years

Jan 12, 2024 ShareErie Insurance has announced the promotion of Andy Abramczyk (pictured above) to senior vice president.
Abramczyk, who also serves as corporate technology officer, has spent more than 30 years with the company. He recently led Erie’s cloud transformation effort.
In his new role, Abramczyk will lead enterprise infrastructure and operations services, including onsite and cloud infrastructure, data center and technology operations services and more.

“Andy’s deep knowledge of infrastructure and operations has helped support and maintain a flexible, secure and cost-efficient 24/7 computing environment,” said Partha Srinivasa, executive vice president and chief information officer at Erie Insurance. “His contributions have increased overall efficiency, quality, availability and operational resilience within Erie’s technology organization.”
In August, Erie announced the promotion of Karen Skarupski to senior vice president of human resources. Erie was also recently ranked among the top personal lines insurers for customer satisfaction by J.D. Power.
