New broker Finanze has launched after securing FCA authorisation.
Finanze is run by Alastair Hoyne and is an appointed representative of Connect for Intermediaries.
Hoyne is a former investment banker and plans to offer bridging and development finance to property investors as well as buy-to-let and commercial mortgages.
He says his approach is to “get involved as early as possible in a transaction” to provide guidance on various products and strategies that could be useful to customers and is using the slogan “it’s personal.”
Hoyne says: “Every customer is unique, they each deserve their own bespoke solution, not just an off-the-peg database driven response. I focus on building lifelong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted part of their property ‘power team’, adding value in the decision-making process throughout the property lifecycle.”
