Halifax Intermediaries updates criteria platforms and redesigns website

by administrator

Halifax Intermediaries has made improvements to its service proposition to support mortgage brokers.

The lender says it has worked with third-party criteria platforms including Criteria Brain, Knowledge Bank, Smartrfit, and Twenty7tec so that sites are displaying correct and up-to-date lending criteria and policy information.

The www.halifax-intermediaries.co.uk website has been updated with a new appearance and easy navigation.

The criteria page has been redesigned and includes a new A to Z, clearer menu headings and a much-improved search function.

The new search function will return the most appropriate information and related topics that may support more detailed answers.

The search also includes a ‘live’ frequently asked questions page that will update to reflect common queries and subjects arising.

Halifax Intermediaries and Scottish Widows Bank head Amanda Bryden says: “We are always looking for new ways to improve how we can support the broker market. We have worked closely with third-party providers to make sure their sites display the most up-to-date information, meaning brokers can use them confidently and receive more accurate lending decisions.”

“We have also refreshed our Halifax Intermediaries website with a new simple look and feel, making doing business with us easier, smoother and quicker.”
