He comes to the role with three decades of expertise

Oct 04, 2023 ShareHUB International has introduced Eric Showalter as its new senior vice president and head of service and client experience for HUB Private Client.
Bringing a 30 year track record of overseeing client relationships, Showalter’s expertise extends to leading and building cross-functional teams, leading service and experience initiatives, managing process efficiency enhancements, and extensive problem resolution.
In his most recent role, Showalter served as the head of service delivery and customer experience for CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he catered to 2.2 million commercial market members across the US for 11 years. Prior to this, he led service delivery for Ticketmaster in the US, overseeing the sale, delivery, and support of more than 65 million tickets sold.
Showalter will collaborate closely with the HUB Private Client team to pioneer and implement a strategy focused on enhancing service quality and client experience.
“With Eric at the helm, the Private Client practice will deliver a differentiated, dedicated and client centric service offering that allows HUB Private Client to become the preeminent provider of risk solutions for our current and future customers,” HUB Private Client head Katherine Frattarola said.
A few weeks ago, the brokerage also announced the appointment of Robert Hartman to a newly established position as executive vice president of strategic client service operations.
