Increased Offers for Amex Business Platinum and Business Gold
Two massive offers for Amex business cards are showing up again for many people. The Amex Business Platinum card has a 250K bonus and the Business Gold Card has a 200K bonus. These offers are much higher than what’s publicly available, but you might need to do some work to get them to show up. Let’s see the details of these two offers, and how you can find them.
The Business Platinum Card from American Express
- Earn 250,000 Membership Rewards® points after you spend $20,000 or more on eligible purchases on your Card within your first 3 months of Card Membership starting from the approval date.
- Annual Fee: $695
American Express Business Gold Card
- Earn 200,000 Membership Rewards® points after you spend $15,000 or more on eligible purchases on your Card within your first 3 months of Card Membership starting from the approval date.
- 0% Intro APR for 6 months from the date of account opening on purchases eligible for Pay Over Time, then a 18.49% – 29.24% variable APR.
- Annual Fee: $375
How to Find These Offers?
Here are some options that you can try:
- Open this link in a chrome desktop incognito.
This is a link from Google that was working for many to pull up the 170K Business Platinum previously.
- Google “amex biz platinum” or “amex biz gold” and click the first non-sponsored link.
- You can also try another way that was shared in the comments for the Business Gold Card. Once you get an improved offer, just leave the page open and let it expire (takes about an hour or two). Once it expires, refresh the page and hopefully see the 250K bonus.
- Check the Amex Offers section if you’re already an Amex cardholder. You will often find elevated offers there.
If these “tricks” don’t work, then you just need to keep trying different links, referrals, browsers, locations either physically or through VPN, Wi-Fi connections etc.
You can also try with referral links, as they could show the same offers. Once you get an elevated offer for the Business Platinum card, you can navigate to the Business Gold card and you should see an elevated offer there as well.
Eligibility
These offers have the lifetime language:
“You may not be eligible to receive a welcome offer if you have or have had this Card or previous versions of this Card. You also may not be eligible to receive a welcome offer based on various factors, such as your history with credit card balance transfers, your history as an American Express Card Member, the number of credit cards that you have opened and closed and other factors. If you are not eligible for a welcome offer, we will notify you prior to processing your application so you have the option to withdraw your application.”
However, you can still go ahead and apply even if you think you are not eligible.
As you can see in the terms, it only states that you “may not” be eligible. Amex is not super strict with the lifetime language for business cards especially. Plus Amex will notify you prior to processing your application so you have the option to withdraw it. If you do not get the pop-up and you are approved, then you will receive the welcome bonus.

This are great welcome offers even with the high annual fees. 250,000 Membership Rewards points are worth about $3,800, so you are getting over $3,000 in value even after subtracting the annual fee.
But the Amex Business Platinum Card also has valuable benefits that it maximized give you considerable additional value.
The 200,000 points offer on the Amex Business Gold Card is also a good one and it comes with $5,000 less in spending and 6 months of 0% APR.
