Despite facing a challenging and male-dominated market, women in the US insurance industry are ascending to new heights while encouraging the next generation of women to climb up. Now, Insurance Business has unveiled this year’s elite women in the US insurance industry.
Insurance Business America (IBA) started its search for this year’s best female insurance professionals by asking for nominations with details of achievements and initiatives over the past 12 months, including examples of their professional accomplishments and contributions to the entire insurance industry. The IBA team selected 85 winners with the help of an independent and esteemed panel of judges – composed of women who “have been there, done that, and acquired a lifetime of achievements” – reviewing all nominations and examining how each nominee had made a meaningful contribution to the insurance industry.
