Inszone Insurance Services is expanding its service reach in Nevada by acquiring Citizen Choice Insurance & Investments.

The full-service brokerage announced its latest acquisition last week, with CEO Chris Walters calling the move a “significant milestone” in the company’s attempts to boost its service offerings in the state.

“We look forward to building on the strong foundation that Citizen Choice has established and continuing to provide exceptional insurance solutions and personalized service to the local community,” Walters added.

Citizens Choice works with a wide range of carriers to provide insurance plans and services for both individuals and businesses. It will continue operating from its Las Vegas office location, ensuring a smooth transition for its existing clients.

The acquisition will also enable Citizens Choice to access an even wider selection of insurance options through Inszone’s nationwide network.

“We are thrilled to welcome Citizen Choice Insurance into the Inszone Insurance family,” Walters said further.

The last couple of months have seen Inszone announcing a series of M&A deals. In May, the agency revealed that it was able to set a company record by completing six deals within a single week.

Some of Inszone’s most recent acquisitions include Sanfilippo & Sons Insurance Services in San Jose, California and Speck Insurance and Financial Services in Katy, Texas. It also made a number of key appointments, naming Kathleen Kozlowski as vice president of carrier relations and Matt Rieck as its new chief human resources officer.

Inszone has over 40 locations across California, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Utah, with plans to continue expanding throughout the US.
