Just Mortgages creates Midlands sale function

Just Mortgages has created a new divisional sales director role for the Midlands, promoting mortgage adviser Helen Whitehead to this position.

The function has been created for Just Mortgages’ New Build Division. Launched in 2017 with three advisers, the division now has a team of 32 not including admin support.

Whitehead already works in the Midlands for Just Mortgages, having worked in the region as a mortgage adviser for six years.

She has been tasked with leading and growing a team of mortgage advisers.

This will include growing relationships with existing introducers and housing developers, as well as establishing new partnerships.

“The Midlands is a busy area for new build so Helen and her team will have plenty to do to help home buyers finance their new properties,” says Jogn Doughty, financial services director of Just Mortgages New Build Division.

“We had a record year in 2021 helping more people move into a new home than ever before. The new build market is extremely popular and we will be taking on at least ten new advisers this year to cope with demand.”
