Just Mortgages launches new broker training initiative

Just Mortgages has launched a new business to offer individuals a route into the mortgage industry as a mortgage and protection adviser.

Structured over two weeks, the training will allow participants to obtain their CeMAP 1 qualification, as well as sales skills and client management training.

The course will also help participants with practical skills such as how to obtain and retain clients, create rapport and understand clients’ needs.

Just Learning is a stand-alone proposition with the backing, experience and support of Just Mortgages.

Graduates of the course will be offered an interview with a sales manager to discuss joining Just Mortgages on an employed or self-employed basis.

Just Learning courses will take place every month in a range of locations across the UK and will offer face to face learning with additional digital content.

Just Mortgages head of training Rodney Sloan says: “The financial services industry has not always been great at attracting new blood, but we aim to change this by offering a route to a new career and not just a new qualification.”
