Acquired firm serves clients in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware

Nov 10, 2023 ShareLiberty Company Insurance Brokers has expanded its national presence with the acquisition of Massabni Insurance & Financial. This move is part of a strategic growth initiative and is conducted in alliance with Liberty Boudreau Insurance Services, located in Owings, Md.
Massabni Insurance & Financial has established a presence as a veteran and family-operated agency. It caters to a broad client base spanning several states, including Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
This latest development aligns with Liberty’s objective to enhance its service offerings and deliver comprehensive insurance solutions across the United States. The partnership with Massabni Insurance & Financial, Liberty said, proves the firm’s ongoing investment in its expansion efforts to amplify its service capabilities to its clientele.

In other recent developments, Liberty has also unveiled its National Private Client Practice Group, led by partner Steve Rivera, in a bid to offer tailored insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
