Pepper Money has launched its new website today.
The lender’s new digital front includes three new features.
Its service levels function now shows call volumes by hour as well as displaying the submitted dates of Dips, applications, valuations, messages and assessment reviews currently being worked on, while the new broker training module provides information on what should be included on submissions to the lender.
The firm has also made overall improvements to how product criteria is found.
Pepper Money sales director Paul Adams comments: “With the latest version of our site, we’ve made changes in response to feedback from existing brokers, and we’ve also considered the growing number of brokers who are likely to be using a specialist lender for the first time, with our unique Broker Training Module.
“And, of course, we continue to have our dedicated team of regional development managers and telephone BDM Team for those brokers who would rather pick up the phone.”
