Perenna has appointed Steve Mannakee as national account manager.
Mannakee, who brings over three decades experience to the role, joins the bank from West One Loans where he led the establishment of the specialist first charge residential proposition.
Prior to that, he was head of sales at Aldermore Bank for nearly a decade and has also served as regional development manager at Pepper Money UK.
In his new role, Mannakee will be responsible for strengthening relationships with broker networks, mortgage clubs, and key accounts by providing training, guidance and ongoing support.
From onboarding new partners to representing Perenna at industry events, he’ll play an important role in continuing to build momentum and growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Mannakee says: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at Perenna, and I’m really excited about being an integral part of its ongoing development and growth. I’m looking forward to utilising my experience in the specialist lender space to help grow Perenna’s standing within the wider broker population nationally.”
