Platform, part of The Co-operative Bank, will today remove products on a temporary basis from 5pm.
In a note to brokers, the lender says that applications for these products must be received in full by the time above.
They comprise, in the new business mainstream range:
- The three-year fixed rate products between 60% LTV to 75% LTV with £1,499 fee
- The three-year fixed rate products between 60% and 75% LTV with £999 fee
- The three-year fixed rate products between 80% LTV and 90% LTV with £1,499 fee
- The three-year fixed rate products between 80% LTV and 90% LTV with £999 fee
- The five-year fixed rate products between 60% LTV and 75% LTV with £999 fee
