Winners demonstrated commitment to promoting education, representation, and community building

Jan 16, 2024 ShareInsurance Business America (IBA) has unveiled the insurance companies with the best diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) programs for 2024.
To identify the third annual 5-Star DE&I companies, the IBA research team invited firms from across the US to share the DE&I initiatives they had focused on over the past 12 months. After receiving nominations, the team reached out to the companies’ employees to gauge the effectiveness of the programs.
The insurance companies that scored 4 or higher on a scale of 1 to 5 were recognized for having 5-Star DE&I programs.
Insurance companies with the best DEI programs
Some of the companies that made it to this year’s list include:
- USI Insurance Services
- Alliant Insurance Services
- H.W. Kaufman
- Burns & Wilcox
