Santander for Intermediaries is launching residential and buy-to-let (BTL) intermediary exclusives.
The products will launch on 27 January.
The new offers will have lower rates with a higher product fee.
For residential products, the lender will offer a 60% loan-to-value (LTV) five-year fixed rate at 4.19% with a £1,499 fee.
It will also add an 85% LTV five-year fixed rate at 4.45% and a £1,499 fee.
For BTL, Santander will offer a 75% LTV five-year fixed rate at 4.99% with a product fee of £1,999.
