SortRefer has added a new bridging referrals conveyancing option to its range.
The portal for mortgage brokers says the option is suitable for purchase and remortgage cases, and allows intermediaries to earn up to £300 from each bridging referral instruction.
The product is supplied by law firm Birchall Blackburn.
The portal says bridging referrals have become increasingly prominent, and this system simplifies the process “saving introducers more time when putting in a referral”.
SortRefer, led by chief executive Kevin Tunnicliffe, offers brokers conveyancing and other home move and remortgage services online.
