Celebrating female leadership and innovation with IBA's Elite Women of 2023

Fifty-four (54) Elite Women were recognized for their outstanding qualifications, accomplishments, and contributions to diversity, inclusivity, and the greater insurance industry.
This year’s winners demonstrated their commitment by exemplifying talent and resilience despite working in a field where women are typically underrepresented.

“I saw it as a very male-dominated industry, so I made a number of decisions which got me a seat at the table and led to a number of opportunities, not only in business and positions that I earned, but also in industry associations,” said Maureen Caviston, executive vice president of Amwins Group.
Despite challenges, these talented female leaders continue to demonstrate their skills, willingness to grow, and ability to influence the industry in a positive and forward-thinking way.
