Vida has appointed Helen Cawthra to the new position as head of intermediary relationships.
Her new role follows the launch of a new centralised decisioning unit at Vida.
Vida says V-Hub connects brokers directly to decision-makers who can deliver end-to-end case management and support service.
Led by Cawthra, the new hub will be supported by national account managers who, Vida says, will work closely with the lender’s main partners to improve intermediary proposition and delivery.
Cawthra has worked at Vida since November 2021, where she joined as corporate sales manager.
Previously, she has also held roles at EJM Financial Services, Accord Mortgages, Leeds Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group, among others.
Vida Homeloans chief executive Anth Mooney says: “After a thorough review, we have decided to redesign our intermediary proposition so that we prioritise our people and resources on providing the access and decision-making support that our brokers and partners tell us they need.”
