Watts Commercial Finance and Cox & Co formed a joint venue to launch Cox & Co Commercial.
Watts Commercial Finance is a brokerage offering tailored finance solutions to businesses across the whole of the UK while Cox & Co, based in Edinburgh, is a property and mortgage firm supporting clients across Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.
Cox & Co Commercial will combine local expertise with national experience to deliver commercial finance across Scotland.
As part of the launch, Caitlin Delaney joins Cox & Co Commercial as the first local representative for the joint venture.
She joins after working at Santander UK for just under six years.
