Xl-erate provides leadership and talent development training for enterprises such as EY, Deloitte and IBM. The firm approached Chaos to refresh its brand, making it more attractive to its FTSE100/250 target audience.
The challenge was to creative a design concept to demonstrate Xl-erate’s USP of connecting business leaders to the talents they need to succeed in today’s challenging business world.
Chaos used a colourful interconnecting mosaic link-style pattern. This abstract, tree-like, colourful identity reflects X1-erate’s innovative and contemporary approach to learning and development.
