YBS Commercial Mortgages has hired Jennifer Guy as relationship director of its North team.
Guy brings with her 19 years of experience within the financial services industry, primarily in lending to both the retail and commercial sectors.
She also has experience in real estate and client portfolio management, previously working as a commercial relationship manager.
Covering the North West, Guy will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Cross Street in Manchester, also with a base at the YBS branch on Fishergate in Preston.
She will work closely with other North team members including Sarah Prescott, relationship directors Georgie McRoberts, Rob McFarlane and Chris Butler, who joined in April, and relationship managers Jack Dunne and Dan Wisson.
Prescott says: “I’m so pleased to welcome Jennifer to the North team. I have high hopes both for what she can deliver and for the North team as a whole now that we’re operating at full capacity.”
