Insurance Business America has launched its 5-Star MGAs survey (previously Producers on Wholesale Brokers & MGAs) to give readers an opportunity to assess their wholesale partners’ performance and uncover the best businesses in the industry.
Through this survey, producers can rate their major MGAs on the basis of service and performance over the past 12 months in nine key areas such as underwriting responsiveness, technical expertise, compensation, claims support and others.
This valuable tool enables industry participants to create a benchmark for businesses and identify areas for improvement. Information gathered will be used to present an insightful overview of the insurance industry’s recent achievements and the challenges it faces.
