You want a number, and you deserve real math instead of a screenshot of somebody’s best month, so everything below is calculated straight from Zilara’s published S.A.F.E. compensation plan, including what you spend to qualify, so you can see your net and not just your gross. How Zilara BV Turns Into Dollars

Every commission in Zilara is calculated on business volume, or BV, the point value each product carries (shown as CV on Zilara’s product pages). Zilara’s own plan document shows a 100 BV customer order paying $30 in Retail Rewards, which means that in the commission math 1 BV works out to $1, and that single fact lets you price out every stream in the plan with a calculator.

Retail Rewards: What Each Zilara Customer Is Worth

You earn 30% of the BV of every order placed by customers you personally refer, paid in real time, with no personal volume, rank or team required, and it keeps paying every time that customer reorders. This is the stream most new partners should master first, because it pays from your very first customer.

At 10 BV a month you open the Community, a 2 x 15 matrix that pays 5% per level on the first 10 BV of every order in your structure, across 15 levels. Five percent of 10 BV is $0.50 per order, per level, and because the Community is a shared placement structure, people placed by those above you also fill positions beneath you.

Team: What a Zilara Team Cycle Pays

At 50 BV a month you open the Team, Zilara’s binary. Every time you have 100 BV on your left team and 100 BV on your right team you complete one Team Cycle, which pays $10 (10% of the weaker leg), calculated in real time. How orders feed your Team

• A customer’s 100 BV order sends 40 BV to the Team (half the BV carries forward, and the first 10 of that goes to the Community).
• A consultant’s 100 BV order sends 90 BV to the Team (the first 10 goes to the Community).

Say your left team has 4 consultants on 100 BV orders and 6 customers on 100 BV orders, and your right team has 3 consultants and 4 customers on the same orders.

STAR Bonus: What the Grid Pays

At 100 BV a month you open the STAR Bonus.

Each order of 100 BV or more creates one STAR Credit, and as credits fill your grid across five generations you unlock fixed bonuses. You can run multiple grids at once, there is no limit on the number you complete, and the grid resets each month.

The fastest money in the STAR grid is the first two levels: you plus two people placing a 100 BV order is $50, and their two each helping two more is another $75, so a month where seven people are each on a 100 BV pack they actually use pays you $125 on top of everything else. From Gold rank, with 100 BV of personal volume, you earn a percentage of the Team and Community commissions of the people you personally enrolled, and at higher ranks of their enrollees too, paid in real time.

Example: at Gold, if the four people you enrolled earn a combined $600 in Team and Community commissions in a month, you earn a 10% match of $60. At Ruby, the same $600 pays you $180, before the 5% you earn on their teams.

Most people reach their number with a blend: for example, 15 customers on 100 BV ($450), 20 Team Cycles ($200), a full four level STAR grid at Gold ($375) and Community pay ($30) adds up to about $1,055 a month. How and When Zilara Pays You

• Real time. Retail Rewards, Community, Team and Leadership Match are calculated and paid in real time, every day.
• STAR Bonus. Paid as each grid level fills.
• Leadership Bonuses. Half when you reach the rank, half after three consecutive months at it.
• Withdrawals. You withdraw through PayQuicker, and once your account is set up and verified, requests are usually processed the next business day. PayQuicker also offers a debit card.
• Pay for orders. You can apply your commissions toward your own Zilara orders.
• No flush, compression. Team volume carries over while your account is active, and if someone in your structure is not qualified, their share compresses up to the next qualified person, so you are never blocked by someone else’s inactivity.

What Separates Zilara Earners From Everyone Else

Zilara’s own plan document says plainly that earnings vary widely and many consultants earn little or nothing, and the math above shows you why: the plan pays on orders, so the people who earn are the people who build customers who reorder.

The pattern that moves someone from the first group to the second is simple, and you can start it this week:

1. Start with customers, not recruits. Retail Rewards pay from your first order at the highest rate in the plan.
2. Pick products people reorder. Black Seed Oil, cocoBLUE, Fulvic Minerals and the coffees are monthly habits, and habits are recurring commissions.
3. Choose the level you would use anyway. Your PV should be product on your own shelf, so your costs are groceries, not overhead.
4. Use the 72 hour holding tank. Place each new person on the leg that balances your Team, because balance, not total volume, is what cycles.
5. Build two, then help two. The first two levels of the STAR grid pay $125 a month for seven people on 100 BV orders.
