Santander for intermediaries has launched new purchase and remortgage deals at 60% and 75% loan to value, and cut selected rates across its range by up to 60 basis points.
Its new purchase-only loans with £250 cashback and a minimum loan size of £250,000 are:
A 60% LTV two-year fixed rate at 0.89%, with a £999 fee.
A 75% LTV two-year fixed rate at 1.04%, with a £999 fee.
A 60% LTV five-year fixed rate at 0.99%, with a £999 fee.
And a 75% LTV five-year fixed rate at 1.19%, with a £999 fee.
The lender’s new intermediary exclusive remortgage only deals are:
A 60% LTV three-year fixed rate at 0.93%, with a £999 fee.
And a three-year fixed rate at 1.11%, with a £999 fee.
Highlights of its residential fixed rate cuts include:
An 85% LTV two-year fixed rate at 2.19%, with no fee and £250 cashback – purchase – reduced by 0.45%
A 90% LTV two-year fixed rate at 2.50%, with no fee and £250 cashback – purchase – cut by 0.60%.
And a 90% LTV five-year fixed rate at 2.99%, with no fee and £250 cashback – purchase – down by 0.53%.
Its residential tracker rate cuts include:
A 75% LTV two-year tracker rate at 1.89%, with a £999 fee – remortgage and purchase – reduced by 0.20%.
Its help to buy rate cuts include:
A 60% LTV two-year fixed rate at 1.48%, with no fee – cut by 0.23%
A 75% LTV two-year fixed rate at 1.66%, with no fee – down by 0.45%.
A 75% LTV five-year fixed rate at 1.74%, with no fee – reduced by 0.35%.
Its newbuild reductions include:
An 85% LTV two-and-a-half-year fixed rate at 2.19%, with no fee and £250 cashback – down by 0.45%.
Its buy-to-let reductions include:
A 60% LTV two-year fixed rate at 1.72%, with no fee – remortgage and purchase – down by 0.33%.
A 75% LTV two-year fixed rate at 1.84%, with no fee – remortgage and purchase – reduced by 0.43%.
And a 75% LTV five-year fixed rate at 1.84%, with £999 fee – remortgage exclusive – cut by 0.20%.
