Update: Rate is back up to 6% when using the Capital One Shopping app. Some people have targeted offers as high as 30% back. There are also three news codes for 5% savings on Visa gift cards at giftcards.com.
Capital One Shopping is a shopping portal that helps you save money in three ways: searching for coupons and promo codes, comparing prices at various retailers, and earning Capital One Shopping Credits. You can use Capital One Shopping in your browser, or through the app and is available to Capital One and non-Capital One card customers.
Capital One Shopping is now offering increased cash back rates for Giftcards.com. You can earn as much as 8% back for purchasing gift cards. The best rate seems to show through the app. In your browser you will most likely see only 4% cash back.
